Support

We enjoy providing good support. We believe that phones and emails should be answered by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. School Synergy improves daily due to the comments and questions asked by our users. 

Each school has their own School Partner lead. This ensures we get to know your school and there is continuity in support, training and usage of School Synergy. They will be responsible to ensure of a smooth roll out, training and continued consistent and full usage of Synergy at school. They will also coordinate and introduce other Synergy specialists when required.

Schools are often best placed to provide their own internal support procedures especially on how a certain module should be used within your own school setting. However, we extend our support to everyone. We provide support at SLT level, Network Manager and general user of the system - without any extra charges.

School Synergy means that we have everything in one place, which in a busy school is a massive plus. The team are helpful and always on hand to advise and listen. Now we are moving forward with the new system we are beginning to really reap the benefits as our staff, students and parents can see school ‘real time’ which makes for a more pro-active approach to learning.
